its been 3 years!

I pretty much consider myself the luckiest girl alive to have a Joey Irish as my husband. for our 3rd yr ann. he surprised me, the only way joey can. by trying to be secretive, and giving it all way in the process! first off he bought me a bike. we had been looking at this green girlie bike that was on sale at Dick's for a while. we kept telling ourselves how much fun it would be if we both had bikes; then we could go riding whenever we wanted! So the day before our anniversary he tells me , out of the blue, that we'll have to wait on getting the bike because it is no longer on sale. Sure huney, he's master of misdirection. When I asked him what we were doing for our anniversary, if I need to do anything; He told me to pack, but we were't spending the night, but I needed an outfit just in case i got wet, oh and bring a swim suit too, just in case. So I asked him if it was "joey only" swim wear or "out in public" swim wear. Of course his answer answered my question, we were going to a Water Park! and the only one we know of that is close to us is Hershey Park!!! He trys to hard to be sneaky, he's just not very good at it. So we opened our presents that night, I got my beautiful bike and he got Rock Band for the Wii. By the way he hasn't stopped playing that thing sense we got back.

So on we went to the wonderful world of Hershey! where every where you go it smells like chocolate. and the street lamps are shaped like chocolate kisses. its heaven! Thank goodness for us that it wasn't that hot or we wouldn't have had a good time. For that matter thank goodness joey gets sick on the twirly whirly rides or we would have spent most of our time in lines waiting in the hot sun for a ride that only lasts all of five minutes! So we rode the more sedate rides and played as hard as if we were still little kids; only taller so we could ride the rides. My favorite ride wasn't really a ride, it was more a scentic out look over the entire park. The kissing tower!
Our day was turning out to be the best anniversary ever! We took our time and got to see and do everything we wanted, whenever we wanted to do it. As the day went on it only got hotter, so we decided to play in the water. There were so many choices in slides! big ones little one, long ones, short ones. Buckets that tip and pour water on you. slides that swoosh and pools that splash! such fun! Joey got to wave surf and I got to tan, well burn more like it, but I got some sun either way. We spent all day in the park. We ate in the park, napped while standing in line, got our excersie from walking all over the place and entertained ourselves to our hearts content. But lets face it, we aren't 10 anymore, if it weren't for caffenine and the book on CD that we were listening to in the car, we wouldn't have made it home. I've never slept so hard in my life. Fun, Fun, Fun.

So my friend when were you going to tell me that you finished your blog!?! If I had found it while looking at ambers I wouldn't get to hear about your days. And a water park sounds so fun. I wonder if they would be open in March for Eric and mine? Hmmm.
