Saturday Biking!
As everyone knows, what good is a bike if you never use it? its not actually a saying or anything just common sense. " The More the Merrier" now that is a saying, and a great saying at that. So if the "more" has bikes that aren't any good unless they're used, its a recipe for a weekend of fun biking with friends!! Matt and Brooke Eldridge, Matt Sharder and Joey and I all went out to the Antietam Battle field and rode our bikes! What I didn't count on, which I should have because I have lived in Maryland for three months now, but it didn't cross my mind that there were be so many hills! Speeding down hills is not something I particularly like, and peddling like mad up hills isn't that much fun either. The brakes on my brand new pretty bike will have to be replaced much sooner then I ever thought. The boys had fun speeding down the hills though. The scenery was Bre

g, all the corn fields, and cow fields, with random cannons placed here and there. Statues and markers indicating what brave and courageous men were here and what happened in the battle. It was a beautiful day, the sun was up but not so hot. We took some great pictures, joey went a little crazy with the scenery pictures, great pictures, but theres alot of them. We all had a great time and enjoyed the tasty haute cuisine from Red Robin afterwards. I think that if we keep up the Saturday bike rides, we'll be in the shape of our lives by the end of the year, especially if we keep going to places with all those Hills!!

Oh Ally, I'm so jealous, not of the hills though. But being so close to battlefields that you could bike ride there. Wow. Biking is exhausting but I promise that it starts to get really easy after a while, but good luck til then.
Grant got a bike from Mom and Dad, but we's only got one :( maybe I'll ride on the handel bars..hmm.. that looks like a tun of fun sweetie, I'm jealous too.
